Core Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
  • Build responsive-first layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Architect and manage Webflow CMS structures (blogs, case studies, landing systems)
  • Implement custom interactions & animations with performance in mind
  • Maintain clean class structures and scalable naming systems
  • Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility
  • Integrate third-party tools (forms, email capture, analytics, embeds)
  • Collaborate closely with designers to preserve design intent
  • Review, refine, and future-proof existing Webflow projects
  • Guide junior developers and support best practices across projects

Core Requirements

  • Strong portfolio for webflow project
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Deep understanding of responsive and fluid layouts
  • Experience working with Figma-based design handoffs
  • Ability to structure CMS-driven sites for scalability
  • Strong attention to detail and UX accuracy
  • Confidence working independently and owning deliveries

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with Client-First or similar class systems
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals in Webflow
  • Familiarity with performance optimization
  • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly
  • Problem-solving mindset with clean execution
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
  • Bonus: Experience with Framer, no-code tools, or custom JS embeds
