At Alit Digital, we’re looking for Senior / Mid-Senior UI/UX Designers who can think strategically, design responsibly, and challenge the obvious. What do we look for?

We look for a UI/UX designer who thinks strategically and designs with purpose. Someone who can deeply understand user needs, business goals, and product constraints—and translate them into clear, intuitive, and aesthetically refined experiences. You should be comfortable owning the design process from research and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, visually refined, and functional UI/UX for web and digital products
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear design solutions
  • Define design languages, visual systems, and UX strategies
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Present design concepts with clear logic and storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Review and iterate designs based on usability feedback and data
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging UX patterns

Core Requirements

  • Strong portfolio for web UIUX design
  • Expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
  • Experience designing for web platforms and responsive systems
  • Ability to think in systems, not just screens
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in HCI, Design, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of design thinking and user-centred methodologies
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (to design realistically)
  • Experience using AI tools in the design workflow is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle feedback constructively and iterate fast
  • Leadership qualities with ownership mentality
